We can practice together anytime, anywhere! Your monthly subscription will include access to a full library of virtual on-demand yoga classes. Each class will be just what you’ve learned to expect from me: a well-rounded practice, guided gracefully with clear & easy to follow instructions, proper alignment techniques, how to safely use props, how to modify movements to accommodate for limitations, all while encouraging you to listen to your body and move at your own pace. There are a variety of classes: beginner/gentle, intermediate/classical Hatha, & more advanced Vinyasa flow style sequences, as well as individual pose tutorials. Classes will vary in duration. There are 20, 30, 40, 50, & 60-minute sequences to meet the needs of your schedule and lifestyle. New class sequences will be added weekly. There will also be options to schedule private (one-on-one) virtual training sessions and small group classes (via ZOOM) so you can practice with your friends. Subscribe today and join me on your mat!
